Our slow-fermented sourdough dough is pressed into an 8x8 pan, brightened with fresh lemon zest, topped with juicy blueberries roasted in olive oil and sugar, and finished with a silky vanilla lemon glaze. Baked fresh in small batches right here in Virginia.
