Refund policy

At Sacra Acres, all of our products are made in small batches with fresh, quality ingredients. Because our goods are perishable cottage food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sacra.acres25@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Local Pickup Orders: Please inspect your order at pickup. We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges after an order has left our hands.

Shipped Orders: Sacra Acres ships only within Virginia. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once the package has been accepted. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
