Firm, underripe green tomatoes are slow-simmered with jalapeños, red bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a bright bottled lime juice and white vinegar brine. The result is a bold, chunky salsa packed with flavor. Spoon it over tacos, eggs, or enchiladas, mix it with avocado for a creamy dip, or use it as a base for chili and marinades.

Green tomatoes, onions, jalapeño peppers (semi-deseeded), red bell peppers, fresh garlic, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, lime juice, white vinegar (5% acidity), water, Zulka pure cane sugar
