Made with Dolly Starton, our beloved sourdough starter, and sweetened with local honey, each bagel is hand-shaped, slow bulk-fermented, boiled in a honey-baking soda bath, and baked to golden perfection. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts — just real ingredients and real fermentation. Slice them for a sandwich, toast them with butter, or pair them with one of our house-made jams or preserves for a breakfast worth slowing down for.
