Made with Dolly Starton, our beloved sourdough starter, enriched with whole milk and local honey, and finished with water-ground cornmeal inside and out, each muffin is slow bulk-fermented for deep, complex flavor and griddled on a lightly oiled cast iron for that signature golden crust. Split them with a fork, toast them until crispy, and pile on your favorite toppings. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts — just real fermentation and real flavor, baked fresh in small batches right here in Virginia.

King Arthur Bread Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Whole Milk, Dolly Starton (Sourdough Starter: Unbleached Bread Flour, Water), Local Honey, Water-Ground Cornmeal, Butter, Avocado Oil, Himalayan Sea Salt.

Avocado oil is used to lightly oil the griddle.
