Sweet Heat Pickled Beets

Sweet, warmly spiced, and just a little fiery — our Sweet Heat Pickled Beets are made with a double-sugar brine of Zulka Pure Cane Sugar and house-made brown sugar for a deeper, more complex sweetness. Fresh beets are slow-simmered in white and apple cider vinegar with cinnamon, cloves, and allspice, then packed with a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes right in the jar. The result is a bold, jewel-toned pickle that earns a permanent spot on your charcuterie board.
